Hi, I'm Ali.
I'm guessing you're here because you are still struggling to reach your ideal weight and fitness goals.
I'm here to help you change your habits for good.
As well as fitness training I run weigh-in groups (without the endless queuing of traditional diet clubs) and diet consultation sessions, where I show you how to ditch the miserable diets for good, and embark on a sensible eating regime which will get you to your ideal weight and KEEP you there.
The friendly group or one-to-one sessions are held at my home, or I can come to you. If the weather is good we can head down to the park or even the beach!
Worried that a personal trainer will be too expensive?
What has worked brilliantly for many of my clients is getting together a small group of friends and coming to the sessions together. This is good for your budget and great fun too.

Sessions can be run on a one-to-one basis, or you can grab some friends (maximum of four per group) and all come along, splitting the cost between you.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that I will be happy to accept cancellations that are made with 48 hours or more notice, but I will need to charge you the full amount of your session if you cancel within 24 hours. I will charge only 50% of the cost of your session if you give me 24-48 hours notice.
